EDI - What will I need ?
Software and Hardware
Software: EDI Software sends and receives EDI files to/from your EDI mailbox (see below). It reads the data, creating orders, packing slips, enables scan-packing (producing carton &/or pallet labels & barcodes), and creates EDI documents confirming consignments with the contents of uniquely identified cartons.
Advanced EDI Software will check stock levels, allow you to ALLOCATE stock (to orders/packing slips) - enabling you to view stock AVAILABLE not just stock on hand. It will also create invoices and consignment notes.
ItemeyesEDI will read in EDI files, convert them to Sales Orders, Allocate stock, create Packing Slips, Perform scan packing, labels, create invoices, create consignment notes (and Run Sheets) and send consignment files to your carrier. It can also create files ready to import into General Ledgers (such as MYOB). It meets the requirements of all major Australian retailers for EDI and Labeling requirements.
With ItemeyesEDI you can also manually enter Sales Orders for your non-edi customers, and import sales Order files (eg: from spreadsheet, csv files) from other sources such as your Web Site or Sales Reps.
